Pain signals that something needs attention. It points to unresolved wounds, unmet needs, or untapped strength within us. It teaches us about who we are, what we value, and what truly matters.

When we avoid pain, it doesn’t disappear. It lingers in the background, shaping our choices in ways we don’t even realize. It can show up as anxiety, anger, or a feeling of being stuck. Avoidance keeps us from healing, and from growing.

But when we face pain, acknowledge it, and allow ourselves to feel it, something powerful happens. Pain transforms into wisdom. It builds resilience. It clears the way for joy, clarity, and authentic connection.

Ask yourself:

What pain am I avoiding right now?
What would it look like to lean into it instead of running from it?
What might I discover about myself on the other side of this discomfort?

I called him to come over for an emergency I was having with my son, and he responded within 5 minutes that he would come over. It was a very intense situation and he help to diffuse him. I never take time to write reviews on anyone or anything but Keith Ablow single handedly took my son who had been at rock bottom and literally through his guidance turned his life 180 degrees! My son is 23 years old and thriving in law school, this is a boy who couldn't at one time leave the house. We drove from NJ for his help many times to see him in person.
